I am pleased to report that all Park Place Real Estate agents are keeping busy with buyers and sellers this summer!  There is still an open window of opportunity for buyers and sellers alike!  Prices are still low but recent statistics show slight but consistent increases.  Interest rates are in the range of 4% for 30 year primary residence mortgages. 

Small business lenders are looking for entrepreneurs ready to start or expand their business.  They prefer real estate as collateral.  I have several commercial property listings available and welcome the opportunity to assist you with just the right site selection for success. 

Recent forecasts suggest interest rates may climb beginning this fall so don’t wait!
